ETSI’s annual flagship event returns in 2023. The 2023 edition of the ETSI IoT Conference – IoT Technologies for Green and Digital Transformation – will take place on 4-5-6 July 2023 in ETSI premises, Sophia Antipolis, France.
InterConnect will be in France. On the first day of the event, the highlight will be the presence in two panels. In the morning, in the second session of the day (Overview of the Demonstrations), Fábio Coelho will take the floor for a presentation entitled “H2020 InterConnect Demo: Delayed Start of Smart Appliance using SAREF4ENER”. Later that day, in the fourth session (Semantic Technologies in Action in the European Context), it will be David Rua’s turn. The project leader will address “4 Years of Experience on SAREF-based Semantic interoperability”.
InterConnect will also showcase a comprehensive interoperability case: optimal management of smart appliances in residential buildings – using different appliances and different home energy management systems. The demo will show how different platforms and appliances can be interconnected using the features of SAREF/SAREF4ENER and its characteristics as common vocabulary to/from different standards.
