WINGS ICT Solutions is an SME, which focuses on the development of software for various vertical sectors (namely, water, energy, smart cities, food safety, health, transportation, finance) through advanced wireless, cloud/IoT, big data and security technologies.
WINGS is staffed by members who have been active in research and development for more than twenty years. The wide expertise of its staff on the fields of “Internet of Things – Cloud Platforms – Wearables/Nano-systems/Embedded-Computing”, “Big Data, Machine Learning, and Predictive Analytics”, “Device Management”, “Smart Wireless Access” and “Software networks” provides WINGS with a rich background and a portfolio of noteworthy achievements.
WINGS members are very experienced in project and technical management of EU and international projects. Indicatively members of WINGS members coordinated the ICT/FP7 OneFIT project (2010-2012) and had the technical management of ICT/FP7 E3 project (2008-2009).
Moreover, members of WINGS have participated in numerous projects as work package and task leaders for more than a decade such as: H2020/5G-PPP Phase 1 SPEED-5G, FANTASTIC-5G and Flex5G-ware projects, H2020/5G- PPP Phase 2 ONE5G, Clear5G projects, H2020 Energywater project on energy efficiency.
